Inclusive Pricing

My ultimate goal is to use the inspiring tools of yoga and essential oils to help others empower themselves in mind, body and spirit. Please reach out to us using the contact form or by emailing hello@yogaromasbyquinn.com if you are interested in exploring your yoga practice or the benefits of aromatherapy with Quinn in a Yogaromas or yoga session, or through the creation of a personalized aromatherapy product, but can’t commit to the pricing listed, or need to pay in installments. Let’s see what we can do together! ☺

 

Yogaromas Essentials Products

Unopened, unused and undamaged products are eligible for exchange or store credit at retail value within 7 days of receipt. Opened and used products may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Yogaromas by Quinn. If a product is not meeting expectations, please contact us at orders@yogaromasbyquinn.com to discuss options for refund or exchange. 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at orders@yogaromasbyquinn.com with your order number to discuss the options for cancellation and refund.

Shipping: Each product is made-to-order, by hand, with love and intention. This means that while it may take a few extra days to get to you, all of the ingredients (but most importantly, the essential oils) will be fresh and at their most potent, allowing for a longer lifespan for targeted healing.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days (though some orders may ship as soon as the same day). Shipping is $7 on all orders under $50; orders over $50 receive free shipping. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail 3-Day™. If you would like faster shipping, please reach out to shipping@yogaromasbyquinn.com with your order number to request USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day™ shipping for an additional fee.

 

Free Consultations (Personalized Aromatherapy Products & Yogaromas Sessions)

While consultations are free, a $30 deposit and completion of the client intake form are required to confirm. The $30 deposit will be deducted from the balance owed for the personalized product or Yogaromas session. If you need to reschedule or would like to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a full refund of deposit; cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will receive a refund at the discretion of Yogaromas by Quinn. Please reach out to clientcare@yogaromasbyquinn.com to transfer, reschedule or cancel a consultation. Consultations are available upon request for yoga sessions.

 

Yogaromas Sessions

While consultations are free, a $30 deposit and completion of the client intake form are required to confirm. If you need to reschedule or would like to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a full refund; cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will receive a refund at the discretion of Yogaromas by Quinn. Yogaromas sessions can only be transferred with at least 48-hour notice prior to the consultation. 

After the consultation, you will receive pricing information from Quinn to review and full payment (less the $30 deposit) is required to confirm the Yogaromas session, and sessions are no longer transferable (please see note on Inclusive Pricing). Yogaromas sessions may be rescheduled with notice at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled and confirmed session. For cancellations made between the consultation and the scheduled session, refunds up to 100% are made at the discretion of Yogaromas by Quinn. Unfortunately, cancellations within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable. Please reach out to clientcare@yogaromasbyquinn.com to transfer, reschedule or cancel a session, or with any questions!

 

Personalized Aromatherapy Products

While consultations are free, a $30 deposit and completion of the client intake form are required to confirm. Aromatherapy consultations can be transferred with at least 48 hours of notice. Please reach out to clientcare@yogaromasbyquinn.com to transfer, reschedule or cancel.

After the consultation, you will receive pricing information from Quinn to review (please see note on Inclusive Pricing). Once confirmed, full payment (less the $30 deposit) is required before your personalized product is made and shipped to you. A free follow-up appointment will be scheduled to review progress and make any necessary changes to the support plan. 

Product Returns/Exchanges: Due to the personalization of the products, refunds and exchanges are not generally permitted. However, if a product is not meeting expectations, please discuss with Quinn in your follow-up appointment or reach out to clientcare@yogaromasbyquinn.com and we will work to find a suitable solution!

 

Yoga Sessions

Yoga sessions must be paid for in full prior to scheduling confirmation (please see note on Inclusive Pricing). Sessions may be rescheduled and are fully transferable and refundable for 100% of cost with notice at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled and confirmed session. Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled for a 50% refund with notice 12-48 hours before the confirmed session. Unfortunately, cancellations within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable; rescheduling a session within 12 hours is at the discretion of Yogaromas by Quinn.
