Detox Salt Scrub was formulated with exfoliating and antioxidative benefits to scrub away rough, dry skin to reveal softer, rejuvenated skin, and to promote relaxation, reducing inflammation and easing sore muscles.
This detoxifying scrub features Dead Sea salt which attributes to the detoxifying and exfoliating actions. Camellia and sweet almond oils prevent overly dry skin by balancing the astringent quality of the salts to promote healthy, hydrated skin and also expedite the absorption of the essential oil blend. The blend of elemi, tea tree and Roman chamomile essential oils boasts antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiviral, antiseptic, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and generally vulnerary and tonic benefits; Elemi has been studied for its ability to provide support for damaged skin without drying it out.
Please use Detox Salt Scrub with care on sensitive skin; Nourish Sugar Scrub and Cleanse Sugar Scrub Cubes may be better suited for more sensitive skin.
Contains Nuts: In the event of a nut allergy, please type "nut allergy" in the notes section during checkout, organic jojoba oil will be substituted for the sweet almond and camellia seed oils. If you would only like the sweet almond oil replaced, please type "nut allergy: almond oil."
Each product is made-to-order, by hand, with love and intention. This means that while it may take a few extra days to get to you, all of the ingredients (but especially the essential oils) will be fresh and at their most potent, allowing for a longer lifespan of targeted healing.
Massage onto damp or dry skin using a circular motion; applying to dry skin will provide deeper exfoliation, however, this is not recommended for sensitive skin. Focus on sore muscles, starting with the arms and legs and work toward the heart; do not apply to face. Rinse thoroughly. Use 2-3 times weekly. Replace cap tightly after use.
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children; supervise any children's use. Storage in a cool, dry place is recommended to extend the life of essential oils. Avoid contact with eyes; if product does get into the eyes, rinse with vegetable oil and then water. If skin irritation occurs, use soap and water to cleanse the skin.
